Terms of Service
Understanding the terms and conditions for using our dog waste removal services.
- Your credit card will be automatically charged on the first of each month for the upcoming month's service.
- If payment is unsuccessful, service will be paused immediately. You have 30 days to resolve the issue and resume service.
- If payment is not received within 30 days, your account will be removed from our schedule.
In the event of hazardous weather conditions that make it impossible to perform a scheduled cleanup, we will conduct a "Double Dooty" clean-up the following week.
Service may also be affected by other unforeseen circumstances, in which case we will notify you of any necessary schedule adjustments.
- Clients must maintain safe and unobstructed access to the cleaning area.
- If our team is unable to access the yard, you will still be charged for the missed service.
- By accepting these terms, you agree to allow Lawn Scooper technicians to enter the cleaning area, provided they give a 30-60 minute notification prior to arrival.
- Lawn Scoopers will notify you of the scheduled service day.
- We operate based on an optimized route and cannot provide exact service times.
- You will receive a text notification 30-60 minutes before service.
- Lawn Scoopers can perform service as long as they have safe access to the cleaning area, even if the client is not home. If client presence is required for access but the client is unavailable:
- The field technician will send a warning message.
- They will wait up to 15 minutes.
- If the client is still unavailable, the technician will move on with their route, and the service charge will still apply.
If your pet(s) will not be using the yard for a period of time (e.g., vacation, illness), you must notify us in advance to pause service and avoid unnecessary charges.
Lawn Scoopers technicians will thoroughly cover the designated cleaning area by walking in a grid pattern—once vertically and once horizontally—to maximize the likelihood of locating all pet waste.
Technicians are not required to remove waste that is covered by leaves, snow, or other debris.
- All collected waste will be double-bagged and placed in the client's designated garbage bin.
- If the garbage bin is unavailable, the waste will be securely double-bagged and placed in an out-of-the-way location for the client to dispose of at their convenience.
After each service, all Lawn Scoopers technicians will sanitize their tools, boots, and buckets using a kennel-grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of germs between homes.
This disinfectant is safe for grass and will not harm the client's lawn.
- We assume no liability for damages to yards, gates, pets, or other property.
- By initiating service, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
- All promotions are subject to change at any time.
- Any promotional offers active at the time of sign-up will be honored for the agreed-upon period but are not guaranteed indefinitely.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time.
- Any cleanings that have already been paid for will still be performed even after cancellation. Example: If you cancel midway through the month, service will continue through the end of the billing cycle, and you will not be charged for the following month.
- Once cancellation is processed, service will officially end at the conclusion of the last paid billing cycle.
